* We accept insurance and self-pay clients. You are responsible for copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and fees at the time of service. No refunds are given once service has been rendered.
* We provide medication management.
* We treat clients ages 18 and older.
* We do not provide evaluation or treatment with stimulants for ADHD.
* We do not provide a one-time psychiatric evaluation related for work/employment, legal matters, disability, medical clearance, etc. For established clients, we are willing to evaluate on a case-by-case basis although not guaranteed. We reserve the right to decline such requests.
* We do not provide crisis management. In the event of an emergent or life threatening situation during or outside of our normal business hours, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
